On October 28, at 3:30 pm, His Highness presided over the inauguration of the institutional year of the National Blue Institute at the Holy See. This ceremony occurred at the Swiss Guards Palace in Vatican City and saw the presence of esteemed religious figures, including Most Reverend Cardinal Robert Sarah, as well as various civil, military, and institutional authorities such as Dr. Fabrizio Curcio, Head of the Civil Protection of the Italian State. The event also featured prominent figures from the world of culture and music, notably Maestro Uto Ughi.

Dr. Lorenzo Festicini, the President of the I.N.A., expressed great joy at the presence of Their Royal Highnesses, the Prince and Princess Consort of Sant’Agata Odo-Oko Idado Ijesa, and extended his official gratitude to the dignitaries. Their Royal Highnesses reciprocated with sincere thanks to Dr. Lorenzo Festicini and Monsignor B. Cerchietti of the Central Office of the Congregation for Bishops, Military Ordinariates, who played a central role in the Institute.
